You may not have considered it but staying at home is always an option for your family photos. At home sessions are common for newborn photos but you certainly don’t have to have a baby to have your session at home. The nice thing about shooting at your home is that you don’t have to go anywhere and you’re usually more comfortable in your own space. These sessions work best if you have good lighting in your home and a couple of clean spots to shoot and/or an outdoor area to utilize.
This family session was a dream to shoot – a beautiful and bright home, filtered light because of all the trees surrounding this east bay home and an adorable family. I had a lot of fun with this session and am grateful that I get to do so many different types of shoots.
