WHY WORK WITH ME
When I opened my business in San Francisco I gave myself 1 year to make it profitable or I was going to quit. Not only did I hit my income goal the first year but I more than doubled it the following year. Balancing being both a successful artist as well as a successful business owner can be challenging but feels so fulfilling when you get it right. I love to talk about all things business and strategy and would be thrilled to mentor you and help you grow your photography business, improve your art and expand your mind as to what’s possible.

If you’re struggling in any of these areas, or are just curious about how I do things, I would love share the lessons I’ve learned along the path of building my business and help you with yours. I have experience with maternity, newborn, families, couples and weddings. I’ve shot with film and digital and built a successful business in San Francisco even while I was living in Nevada.

FILM
I started working with film shortly after starting my business and I think it’s an incredible tool for an artist. If you’re curious about where to start and want to learn more about film I’m happy to share all my secrets – what I shoot with, when and where I shoot and how I get my dreamy tones.

Shooting in San Francisco can be overwhelming whether you want to get into city hall weddings or photograph family session at iconic spots. I’m happy to share all about the market in San Francisco and the ins and outs of the best locations.

Building a profitable business should be your number one goal. If you are spending a lot of time on your business but you aren’t bringing home real profits, I would love to help you find areas that you can improve to help you get there.

If you don’t feel like your images are where you want them to be, there are lots of areas that we can look into starting with what you’re shooting with, when you’re shooting, how you interact with your clients both before and during your session and what your editing process looks like. There are so many little tweaks that can help you get to where you want to be and create a gallery that you’re really proud of.
