Something Blue San Francisco City Hall Elopement
When Shannon reached out to have me photograph her City Hall elopement in San Francisco I knew it was going to be a beautiful day and I was so excited to be a part of it. Shannon told me she wanted a “vintage courthouse” vibe and she chose the most beautiful blue dress paired with simple white garden roses. The whole look came together so perfectly with San Francisco City Hall was the perfect backdrop. Having a City Hall elopement was extra special for her because her parents got married in a courthouse 32 years ago and her mom also wore blue. She even had her moms original ring refitted to use for this ceremony. This day combined something borrowed and something blue in the most romantic way.
City Hall in San Francisco is so photogenic and I am constantly amazed at the images I see from inside and outside of this building. The ceremonies are quick and then comes the fun part – wandering around the beautiful building and finding spots to shoot portraits. We were lucky to get some stair shots without anyone around.
After we took some photos inside, we headed outside to take a few more pictures and couldn’t have had better weather on this day. Here are Shannon and Brett on their picture perfect City Hall elopement here in San Francisco…
